The Deed of Declaration of Trust registered on 18-8-2008 By Sri Sreedhara K and Smt Sumithra G having regd office at 424, H cross, Phase-2, Ideal Homes, Bengaluru-98 are the Authors of Trust.

Registration No RRN-4-00028-2008-09 CD no ND14 Dated 18-8-2008.

Trustees are appointed by Authors of Trust Fulfill the Objects of Trust by Invitation with Roles and responsibilities.

The Objects of the “ Sri GurukrupaSeva Trust” are

1) To Establish, maintain,improve and develop Sri RaghavendraSwamyBrundavana and Matha ,other places of worship to meet the religious needs of the community.

2) To arrange for the daily pooja of the Brundavana and details installed and Consecrated in the matha in Accordance with Practice andprocedures ordained in the Shastras

3) To act as the Custodian of the properties, moveable and immoveable acquired and to be acquired by the deities fro he devotees by the way of offerings, gifts,donations,grants etc.

4) To observe all religious celebrations, festivals, poojas etc. on the appointed days as per Hindu calendar.

5) To Conduct religious programs and related activities for inculcating in the public qualities such as devotion to god and the mother land, Love towards fellow beings, Protection of Dharma nd the Society etc.,

6) To Start Schools for Educational Institutions for teaching and learning Vedas and connected Vedic literature along with Modern Education.

7) To assist the devotees in performing the necessary religious obligations as ordained in the sacred texts for the salvation of the departed souls.

8) To start and maintain or support the maintenance of Goshaalas for the protection and maintenance of cattle and to preserve the cow projeny.

9) To undertake programs and projects for Advanceing the economic.social and cultural interests of the society at large and in particular the neglected sections of the society.

10) To render medical assistance to the needy by starting hospitals, dispensaries etc.,

11) To render financial assistance to the poor for meeting their medical expenses in part or whole in the event of prolonged or terminal diseases.

12) To start and maintain Vrudhashramas( Old age Homes).

13) To train persons for carrying on the profession of priests and archakas.

14) To start educational institutions for imparting formal and non-formal education of all categories such as general, Medical, Engineering, Business administration etc., from nursery to post graduate level.

15) To propagate Sanskrit by conducting Sanskrit classes, holding conversational course in Sankrit and camps for making the ancient language Sanskrit popular.

16) To establish and run hostels for students.

17) To promote or assist in promoting the understanding of history, culture, art,music and literature of Bharat.

18) To Support and render financial assistance to charitable and educational causes and institutions, trusts, or societies by means of donations, grants on such terms and conditions as the trustees deep fir and proper.

19) To award scholarships to students and financial assistance to such of the individuals who have devoted themselves to the Dharmic cause and are Indigent.

20) To Construct meditation hall and Community hall for the use of General Public.

21) To start and run yoga classes and establish research center in Yogic science.

22) To undertake programs for developing discipline physical and mental in boys and youths and admiration for the culture of India.

23) To render financial and other material assistance to victims and natural calamities.

24) To Constitute separate trust/ Trusts for carrying out the charitable activities beneficial to general public irrespective of caste and creed religion and gender and to appoint Trustees for the administration of such trusts.

25) To start a Library for the preservation of old manuscripts and literature on religion and dharmic texts including digital library.

26) To do all such things as the trustees find it necessary and expedient for the due fulfillment of the objects of Trust.

27) There shall not be any profit motive in carrying out the above objects.
